Conventional methods of continuing education were those employed in companies based on the foundation of higher education in high school and university. Now society is aging and the retirement age is going up. Information technology is changing rapidly. We need to be self-motivated to learn quickly and efficiently. Continuing education with intellectual curiosity is a necessity in this new era.
With the commitment of the people involved, and the trust of society, Continuing Education NPO has the potential to do a lot of good. A new law authorizing the establishment of non-profit organizations has opened the way for the foundation of this organization.
